We have National & International Swimmers at Hartlepool SC, yet still cater for ALL aquatic abilities and all ages. Starting with our Learn To Swim Academy for budding swimmer from 5 years and up all the way through to our squad structure. Head Coach Ian Bullock is technique driven and runs a modern, balanced IM program which covers basic speed, aerobic development, and technical competence. With focus on long-term athlete development and an all round programme specialising in all strokes and distances. Including dry land training and conditioning, alongside nutritional advice.
